YES!the one and only Formula 1 is back!!
the season started off great (for me la..)
and that's becuz,Jenson Button won!!! =D

for those of you who don't watch F1,this is only Jenson's 2nd win..
his last win was like, in 2006 at Hungary..
so ya,you should know how much this win means to him..
and to make things better, Rubens Barrichello (Jenson's teammate) got 2nd place..
it's really amazing considering the fact that they are a new team..
they're the Brawn GP team..they used to be Honda last year..
but then Honda was facing some problems..and the whole team was nearly gone..
luckily Ross Brawn took over the team, hence the name Brawn GP..
in conclusion, Brawn GP managed to get a 1-2 for their debut. (=

something has changed within me..and it's kinda weird..

I'm starting to like a few of my teachers...e.g. my Chemistry teacher (I KNOW!)
and my Computer teacher totally rocks!! I just likee him sooooooo much!!!
he's a Jason Mraz fan btw..and he's crazy over Anoop! LOL

I've learnt something over these past few days..that is, the sky is amazing..
it's one of God's best creation,maybe even the best..it's just so inspring!
the sky is always so beautiful,occasionally a clear blue,but most of the time it has a lil cloud here and there, adding in some...words..

here's what i think:whenever you feel stressed,depressed,or anything else that ends with a '-essed', take a short moment, lift your head up and just stare at the sky, don't be surprised that it's not falling. say a little 'thank you' in your heart, thank you that the sky is still so beautiful, and so are you.

how can anything go wrong when everything else is oh-so-fine?

even if its raining outside and the sky is dark and cloudy, remember that it's always a clear blue sky after the rain.

1st day of skool

back to school for one day and I'm already disliking it! (hate is a very strong word.)
staying and rotting away in class while the others are happily making noise?not my ideal way of spending,or even wasting time..
got back the exam papers as usual..totally disappointed with my results..UGH.
my mum's been saying again and again, that if I,*ahem* we continue to do not so well in our exams,then training is banned..obviously I can't let that happen, so the other obvious truth is that I have to start pushing myself to go that extra mile..mmHmm,bring it on Maths!

I can't believe it,school's just started and I'm gonna be so busy again!and club meeting starting this week already..(awwwwww....sorry but I'm not looking forward to it..)
it's like a never-ending 10000m walkathon, no time to even catch my breath,or say AH..=/
I wish there were moments where my hectic life would just hit a pause button, so I could at least take that precious moment to calm my thoughts and juz chill, like ice-cream fillin.....
yes, chill.....doesn't that sound inviting?chill.....
even the 1-week holiday wasn't enough.perhaps I'm being greedy,but it's just not sufficient at all.

the only time when I feel totally in my own world and stress-free, is during training..
yea I'm surprised as well..last time training for me, let's just say I only train because I have to,for sports,otherwise I won't train as well.

BUT

now it's like, I'm training because I really want to, I want to go really far with my triple jump, I want to see what my limit is, or maybe there isn't a limit; I want to prove myself;
in short,

I want to be the very best.
okay so this isn't a very nice shot,but it's the only one i have.so it would do,for now.

I'm unconsciously developing a strong and deep passion towards my sports, I don't even notice it. until I think of the things I've put aside just for it, then I go:Whoa..I'm addicted to triple jump.
so hopefully this 'addiction',is something that can drive me further,but at the same time constantly motivate me to study as well.
they're totally related:if I want to win, I need training; if I want to go training, I need excellent results; in order to achieve that, study is a MUST.
I'll give my very best, and try to be the good daughter/student/athlete or whatever.
as long as you're happy, I'm happy, my parents are happy, teachers are happy, then

everything will be fine.

yes,i don read newspapers and i don watch the news..so yea,i noe nothing..

so i took the remote,and pressed 511..there ya have it,CNN..

that time they were still waiting for Obama to come out..lol..

oh yea,since then I've been watching CNN everyday.. (YAY)

nywayz,about President Obama..I dunno wut it is about him,but he really makes me feel like..everything will be fine as long as he is in control..it's like he has "I bring nothing but peace and great changes" written on his face and that awesome smile =D

Mr.Hiew said he has alot to learn from the President..LOL.

so yea,this is just a random post to say how much I like President Obama..

okay, so some ppl suffer from insomnia..you cant sleep..

back at last

okay..so yay!I just got back from my super loooong vacation yesterday night..
It was about 18hours in the plane.ugh..I didn't sleep...
Watched 5 movies and 2 TV shows..haha.
oh yea,I was sitting next to a baby the whole time..It's really crazy..
The baby grabs my stuffs,moves here and there,and cries..xD
On my flight to NY,I also sat next to a baby.So yea,yay me.
It made me think:Why do people wanna have kids???They're always crying.ugh.

Anyways, being back here means:
* no more friendly strangers

* nobody will hold the door for you

* no more hot chocolate all the time

* no more buying m&m's everywhere I go

* less "please,thank you,you're welcome,excuse me,sorry"

* no more amazing desserts (the desserts there are ridiculously good!)

most importantly

* no more hotties for me to admire! =/

But of course, I belong back here, with all the HOT sun and sweats, the T-shirts and shorts, and slippers. And with the people here who says "Hi moi" in an eerie way, when you pass by (remember that Vivien?).

So yea, just a post to say that I'm finally back. I've learned a lot of things from this trip. I'm not gonna post any pictures up here because I'm too lazy to. Ciao.

P.S:It's really freezing over there. Though we did enjoy a brief period of sunshine over at Florida.
